The Body Code is a comprehensive energy healing method designed by Dr Bradley Nelson to identify and release energy imbalances within the body’s energy systems.
The Body Code builds on the Emotion code, expanding the types of imbalances it can address. The Body Code aims to identify the root causes of imbalances that may be causing physical, mental and emotional symptoms.
As a certified Body Code Practitioner, I connect with your subconscious mind and use muscle testing on myself as a proxy to identify, release, realign and correct imbalances across six different categories:
1. Energy Imbalances - emotional and/or post-trauma energies, mental and offensive energies
2. Circuitry or System Imbalances - Imbalances in organs, glands, chakras, disconnections, meridians
3. Toxin Imbalances - heavy metals, free radicals, EM spectrum, chemicals, microbial
4. Pathogen Imbalances - parasites, fungal, bacterial, viral, mould
5. Misalignment - bones, nerves, muscles, connective tissue, organs and glands
6. Nutrition or Lifestyle Imbalances - sleep, food, nutrients, dehydrations, magnetic field
The Body Code System aims to empower the body's natural self-healing capabilities. It focuses on eliminating imbalances that disrupt your body’s natural frequency and balance, creating the ideal environment for optimal health, vitality and well-being.
Releasing energetic imbalances using the Body Code is used for many conditions, such as:
Connecting to the subconscious through the Body Code is an effective and simple way to release an energetic balance. Your subconscious is a storage bank and records memories and emotional experiences, it knows everything you’ve said, done and experienced in your life. The subconscious mind knows if you have an imbalance within the body, it also knows the specific imbalance, the age and reason it exists. Muscle Testing (kinesiology) is a used to communicate with the subconscious mind to identity the imbalance and age it occurred so it can be released from the body. The body is made up of electromagnetic energy, by using a magnet and swiping down the governing meridian (originated in Chinese medicine – described as channels that allow energy to flow through the physical being) we can release an imbalance. The magnet can attract the negative energy of the imbalance releasing it from the body.
Due to a 20% chance of processing symptoms (tiredness, emotional, headache) I like to ensure you have nothing strenuous e.g., Marathon or important event e.g., interview the next day after a session. With all sessions I ask you take the time to think about what issues/ area of your life you really want to work on or improve “what issue is the loudest at the moment”. Ensure you are well hydrated, and I just ask you are open and receptive to receive the healing.
Zoom - Please ensure you have received the Zoom link and have Zoom set up ready to go. Be as comfortable as possible in a safe quiet space, this can be laying down or a seated position. The session will be recorded (with permission) and sent to you via email at the end of the session with any relevant documentation.
Phone –Ensure your phone is fully charged. Be as comfortable as possible in a safe quiet space, this can be laying down or seated. The session notes will be sent via email at the end of the session.
Emailed (no talking) – You can go about your day as normal, or you may choose to meditate at the time of your session. After I have completed the session, I will email you the recording and any relevant documentation.
In person -You will then be offered an herbal or cacao to help promote relaxation and open your heart center while we have a brief chat & check in. I then guide you into a beautiful meditative state with a grounding and centering meditation to further open the heart space ready for the healing to take place. While you are in a meditative state, I will use muscle testing on myself to communicate with your subconscious mind to find and release one imbalance at a time. Throughout the session, you may experience a gentle sense of release or lightness as emotional and physical burdens are lifted.
Imbalances released during the session are released, reset, corrected or realigned immediately from your energy field, but it can take the body longer to re-balance and integrate the change.
After a body Code Sessions some people have reported to feel/experience:
After a session you may also experience some mild processing symptoms, (approximately 20% of people experience mild processing symptoms) while some people experience benefits straight away.
PROCESSING SYMPTOMS CAN INCLUDE:
· Emotionally up and down
· Irritable or sensitive
· Fatigue
· Headaches / brain fog
· Vivid dreams
· Feeling “echoes” of the emotions released - For example, if “anger” was released you may find that you feel angrier more easily that you normally would during the processing time.
· Repressed memories and emotions may come to the surface - If uncomfortable emotions and thought patterns come up, simply observe them, feel them and then release them - they no longer serve you anymore.
AFTER A SESSION IT IS IMPORTANT TO SUPPORT AND BE KIND TO YOUR BODY AND MIND WHILE IT PROCESSES THE CHANGE
1. Drinking plenty of water – Hydration is important to support your body through this process to allow energetic re- balance. It can also help reduce and alleviate symptoms of tiredness and headaches.
2. Rest – Be kind to yourself, listen to your body and allow yourself to rest if possible while your energy body re-
balances.
3. Eat Healthy – Eating healthy while limiting your intake of alcohol, sugary and processed foods to allow your body to integrate and re-balance.
4. Grounding – Connect with the earth bare foot, time out in nature or swimming in the ocean are great ways to recharge your energy and to support your re-balancing process.
5. Meditate - Incorporating meditation into your routine can boost mood, promote calmness and cultivate a sense of
presence and gratitude.
6. Other - Magnesium salt baths, listen to high frequency music eg. 432 HZ
While many clients find Body Code sessions beneficial, it’s important to understand that this method is complementary. It should not be seen as a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Those with significant health concerns should consult a professional healthcare provider. Results can vary from one individual to another, and the number of sessions required may differ based on personal circumstances.
