ABOUT ME

Hay there, thanks for popping in.

I have a passion for helping people on a deep core level which has led me to become an energy healer certified in the Emotion Code, Reiki I & II, Theta Healing. I also have a degree in a Bachelor of Nursing. I am mum of 3 beautiful kids, country girl at heart, living in regional South Australia,

 3 years ago, I hit my version of "rock bottom" emotionally and mentally. I was suffering from post-natal depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, complete exhaustion, I was completely sick of myself, and I was literally just wishing the days away. I hit a very low point when I knew I had to make real change for myself and my family. 

My sister suggested I try "energy healing" which was completely new to me, but I was willing to try and do anything just to feel better.

Let the healing roller-coaster journey begin....

Being a typical Capricorn I didn't just do a little bit... I fully immersed myself into the spiritual experience and energy healing world. I researched, researched and then researched some more. I must admit, I was VERY skeptical at the start, as I am very logical minded and struggled to trust and believe things that I couldn't physically see. 

Once I started to see the results and could start to feel the energy for myself, it just made complete sense.

 I can finally say I have found my true, happy, energetic, authentic self. But for me, it didn't all click until I discovered the emotion code modality. 

I first read The Emotion Code book which led me to an emotion code practitioner to have my "heart wall" cleared.  This was a game changer for me, my self-doubt completely disappeared, my energy felt so light and free, everything just started to make sense for me and for the first time ever I had a clear sense of direction and clear sense of purpose (which I had always craved). 

So of course, I went and got certified in The Emotion Code and with a background already of Reiki I & II and Theta Healing, I thought alright let's do this, lets change some people's life for the better. So here I am offering my services to you, to hopefully bring you back into balance with your true authentic self.
