A heart wall is made up of an accumulation of trapped emotions layered around the heart. When we experience severe emotional or physical trauma, grief, stress or overwhelm the subconscious mind will try and protect us against the emotional pain by creating an energy wall (shield) around our heart. The subconscious mind uses excess energy from other trapped emotions in the body to form this heart wall. The heart wall can we helpful while we need it (to protect us from immediate emotional pain and dull the sensations of heartache) however, later it can cause physical, emotional, and mental symptoms shutting you off from how you should be experiencing life. Anyone can have a heart wall; in fact most people (93% of the population) will have a heart wall.

Clearing a heart wall is easy and can be one of the most important things we can do and in some cases life changing. Removing a heart wall can improve our physical and emotional wellness, bringing us back into harmony with our true self. Sometimes it can be felt immediately and other times the changes can be subtle and take place over time. The heart wall can be cleared but it is also possible to create another of you go through future intense emotional experiences.
AFTER A HEART WALL CLEARING SOME CLIENTS HAVE REPORTED FEELING:
Trapped emotions released during the session are released immediately from your energy field, but it can take the body longer to rebalance. Removing the emotional baggage and stuck energy allows the body to heal itself. After a session you may experience some mild processing symptoms, (approximately 20% of people will experience processing symptoms) while some people experience benefits straight away.

You can do this by:
1. Drinking plenty of water – hydration is important to support your body through this process to allow energetic rebalance. It can also help reduce and alleviate symptoms of tiredness and headaches.
2. Rest –be kind to yourself, listen to your body and allow yourself to rest if possible while your energy body rebalances.
3. Eat Healthy – eating healthy while limiting your intake of alcohol, sugary and processed foods to allow your body to integrate and rebalance.
4. Grounding – connect with mother earth, bare foot out in nature is a great way to recharge your energy and allow her to support your rebalancing process.
